Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Caasaa AI Innovations Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), which runs Cowazo. They apply when you use www.cowazo.com, the Cowazo app (app.cowazo.com, workspace addresses and customers’ own domains) and our mobile app. If you use Cowazo for a business, you accept these terms for that business and confirm you are allowed to. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Cowazo.
1. Your account and workspace
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password private and turn on two-step sign-in where you can; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner and admins invite people, set what each role can see and do, and can remove access. A person can belong to several workspaces; each has its own plan and billing.
- Tell us at once at support@cowazo.com if you think your account has been misused.
2. Trial, plans and payment
- New workspaces get a free trial of 15 days. When it ends, the workspace moves to the free plan unless a paid plan is chosen.
- Paid plans are charged per user, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown in Cowazo (Settings → Plan & billing) when you subscribe, plus GST or other applicable taxes. Each workspace has its own plan.
- Payments are made through our payment providers (PayU, Razorpay or Stripe) or, by agreement, offline. A plan runs for the period paid for; if a renewal isn’t paid, the workspace is marked overdue and may move to a lower plan.
- If a workspace has more active users than its plan includes, the owner chooses who keeps access within 7 days; otherwise the owner, admins and earliest members keep access and the others are paused until the plan allows them.
- We may change prices; we will tell owners at least 30 days before a change applies to them, and it takes effect from their next renewal.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Your data
- The records you put in your workspace belong to you (or your business). You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Cowazo to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the personal data you put in Cowazo — including your leads’ and customers’ details, call recordings and messages — and for getting any consent the law requires (for example before recording calls or sending marketing messages).
- You can export your data while your workspace is active. After a workspace is closed we delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Cowazo to:
- break any law, including laws on privacy, spam, telemarketing (such as TRAI’s DND rules) and consumer protection;
- send unsolicited bulk messages or calls, or contact people who have opted out;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or abusive;
- try to get into other workspaces, test or break our security, or overload the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer Cowazo, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or the public at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
5. Services you connect
Cowazo works with other services — Google, WhatsApp Business, mailboxes, telephony providers, Zoom, payment gateways and others. Your use of those services is under their own terms and charges, and you choose what to connect. We are not responsible for them, and a feature that depends on one may stop working if that service changes or stops it.
6. AI features
AI features (such as call analysis, lead scoring, drafted replies and the assistant) produce suggestions that can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them or send them to anyone. You are responsible for what you send or decide.
7. Our service
- We work to keep Cowazo available and secure, with regular backups, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, which we try to schedule outside Indian business hours.
- We improve Cowazo over time and may change or remove features. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we will tell owners in advance.
- Cowazo, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you the right to use it while your subscription is active, nothing more.
8. Liability
Cowazo is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data that could have been avoided with your own exports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the workspace in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover us against claims from others arising from your data or your breach of these terms.
9. Ending
You can stop using Cowazo or cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them and don’t fix it within 15 days of our notice, or at once where the law requires. When a workspace closes, sections 3, 8 and 10 continue to apply.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you. If that fails, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell workspace owners at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use Cowazo after that means you accept the new terms.
